Bring your family to our community health fair, an event sponsored by the SiMan Stay Positive Foundation and other providers of health-related services. The health fair will kick-off at 10am on September 9th at the West End Mall, 850 Oak St SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. Join us for fun activities and to gain access to healthcare services to help keep your family safe and well!
